True and Lasting Freedom

In America we’re proud of our freedoms, they’re a part of the American way of life.
Life, liberty, the pursuit of happiness, the right to bear arms, free speech and the right to worship how we choose are all a part of the foundational ideals that America was founded on. But the bible gives us a view of freedom that not only includes these ideals but eclipses them. The biblical concept of freedom, a true and lasting freedom, goes beyond the physical and promises that no matter what our world looks like, there is a hope for freedom that is not dependent on any circumstances, but is dependent on God.
